The action is on behalf of around 100,000 claimants who want to see a report produced by Deloitte into the breach. Jonathan and Tom talk about privilege and why it is important to make sure that your CEO rehearses a data breach and is a fully briefed member of the team. The Singtel Optus CEO, Kelly Bayer-Rosmarin, resigned shortly after this podcast went live.
