Our partnership with LexisNexis gives us use of state of the art studio facilities and best in class training technology. We usually issue delegates with our own Cordery certificates after a session to add to the experience for those being trained. A wide range of support materials can also be provided tailored to your policies. We aim to engage and be interactive wherever possible.
Our content can be seamlessly integrated into your Learning Management System or we can work with partner organisations and their platforms to deliver an all in one package.
Languages
Most of our training is in English but we’re happy to train in other languages too. We use specialist lawyers who are native speakers to avoid any misunderstanding and to make sure questions and concerns are dealt with quickly and efficiently.
Multi-party
Most of the training we do is with employees, which as individuals we have delivered for some 20 years. We’ve done general training across the employee base but also specific tailored training in a wide range of countries for:
- purchasing/procurement
- sales
- legal
- senior management
For some clients we have also trained third parties including:
- suppliers
- agents
- sales channel
Range of compliance topics
We can train most people on most compliance topics. We have recent experience of training in:
- data protection & privacy
- bribery & corruption
- conducting internal investigations
- information security & data risk reduction
- competition & anti-trust
- social media risks & awareness
- modern slavery
- online marketing & advertising compliance
- chemicals regulation
- aspects of healthcare regulation
- sanctions issues
- anti-money laundering
- third party due diligence
Confidentiality and privilege
You may want legal standards of confidentiality and privilege to apply when your colleagues discuss real-life examples where you might have done things wrong in the past.
Experienced lawyers
We’ve experience of running compliance projects involving more than 60 countries and we build that experience into our training whilst hopefully still making it easy to understand for people without a legal background. We think that it’s important to have experienced lawyers deliver training in an area like this. From our experience, whilst it is relatively easy to deliver the training, answering questions is challenging. Senior lawyers with their experience are generally the best placed to give guidance.
Our courses are also used by other bodies and institutions under license. For example, some of our modern slavery materials are used under license by The Open University.
